In these General Conditions of Sale, the words below will have the following meaning:

Establishment : natural or legal person offering goods and services for sale.

Gift voucher : commercial offer allowing the customer to offer a predefined service to the beneficiary of his choice.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are valid from 08 November 2019. They replace any other form of general terms and conditions of sale previously in force relating to the sale of commercial offers.
